This is the first single from her upcoming album on her own - yes, her OWN - record label.

“Heidi has started her own record label with Super Producer RedONE,” a source tells PEOPLE. “RedOne will write and produce with Heidi an entire album of 13 songs.”

I guess if no one will make your album and you’re THAT determined, it makes sense to start your own label?  I know - since Heidi thinks she’s a rapper, she can do like rappers used to and sell her tapes out of the back of her car!   Can’t you just picture her turning that into a photo op too?
