Christian Bale Didn’t Get To Ride The Bat Bike
Everyone is really excite about The Dark Knight coming in a couple of weeks! YAY! And the “Bat Pod” looks amazing. Christian Bale says though he didn’t get a chance to ride it! The producers didn’t want Christian to ride it because they didn’t want him to fall off and hurt himself.
“Embarrassingly, I didn’t get to ride it. There are other motorbikes in the film that I got to burn about on, but not the Bat Pod - it was deemed too dangerous; they needed me in one piece to finish the damn movie.”
But Christian said the Bat Pod was so hard to handle that only one stuntman could handle it. He’s determined to at least get on it once before the movie premiere.
“I’ve asked the producers if I can have a go on it before the premiere, so that I really can ride it before I get asked any more of these questions - you can’t be Batman and not have been on the bloody Bat bike!”
Awww, they need to let him ride it…how bad is that…Batman not riding his own bike!
