Guillermo del Toro‘s Hellboy II: The Golden Army�brought the audiences in and hit the number one spot in the weekend box office, it brought in a respectable $35.9 million. Read my review of the film here.

In Third place, goes to the (must see in 3D). Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D�starring Brendan Frasier�at $20.5 million.�

4th – Wall-E, $18.5 million, I loved this film.�

5th – Wanted, $11.5 million.

6th – Get Smart, $7.1 million.

7th – Meet Dave, $5.3 million. By the way, the film opened this weekend, sad.

8th – Kung Foo Panda, $4.3 million. This one’s surprisingly good.�

9th – Kitt Kitterege: An American Girl, $2.3 million

10th – Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, $2.2 million. It’s slipping!
