Well this should be an inspiration to all of us no matter our age. Whats funny about this photo is that Stallone is roughly the same age and he still looks amazing too. So my point is whether or not your male or female it appears that the 60′s are the new 40′s. I have made a personal effort to take time to myself everyday by going to the gym and doing a serious routine, whats funny about that is that I have not only lost a bunch of weight and look fantastic, but more importantly I have noticed that my health has soared. I am no longer sore, sick, sluggish, I am now energetic, full of life and 20 year olds are having a hard time keeping up with me. It has helped me in my career, home life, and spiritual life as well. I can say this, if you are having struggles mentally then once you start taking care of yourself physically the mind will follow. True because I no longer take meds for depression, anxiety, blood pressure etc cuz now I got the body in check…. Just sayin…
