ABC insiders say that Jeffrey Dean Morgan, otherwise known as Denny Duquette, will return to Grey’s Anatomy this season.    Ummm….. Denny is dead, right?  Because of Izzie?  Hello??  What, does he want his insurance money back?  Well, E! Online blogger Kristin Dos Santos says that she

[has] it on good authority that Us Weekly’s story of a planned brain tumor for Katherine Heigl’s character, Izzie, was indeed the plan for this season, and in that plan, Izzie was to see “visions” of Denny…Unless another cast member is “crossing over”—remember Ellen Pompeo’s Meredith Grey saw Denny when she fell in the water and nearly died.

The first theory I love.  I will throw a viewing party if Shonda Rhimes kills off Izzie.  The second is lame.  They’ve already done that, and what - every character who dies is going to see Denny Duquette?  I know the Grey’s writers can do better than that.
