DMX Arrested Again, Accuses Police Of Harrassment

Rapper DMX appears to be trying to win a competition for the longest rap sheet ever.    He was picked up by cops this weekend at a Phoenix mall on yet another outstanding warrant.

The trouble-prone rapper was arrested…in a Phoenix mall Saturday afternoon on suspicion of felony identity theft, stemming from an April hospital stay in which he allegedly used a fake name and Social Security number to avoid paying a $7,500 medical bill.

Police had been “investigating the charge for some months,” which stemmed from a stay at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale.  The rapper was treated there for pneumonia.

This is DMX’s fifth arrest in three months, and he’s not happy about it.

As he was being carted off by officers, the rapper turned to the hastily congregated group of local news cameras, said, “harrassment,” and shook his head.

Yeeeahhh, sorry, but I don’t have a whole lot of sympathy for a dude who can pay a bill just NOT paying it.
