Miley Cyrus Nude Movie Rumor Debunked!
Reports are all over the blogosphere today that appearing topless on a magazine cover isn’t enough for Miley Cyrus. She is rumored to be gunning to take the lead role in a movie where she is nearly guaranteed to bare it all. Apparently Miley wants to portray the lead character in the film adaptation of a new novel by Allison Burnett, “Undiscovered Gyrl.” A source, attributed by one blog to MSNBC, said:
Miley is really interested in the film, which follows the story of a lovable, lost suburban girl who descends into a life of reckless partying and promiscuity. If she does get the part, you will be seeing a lot more of her than you did in the Vanity Fair photos - there would definitely be nude scenes.
HOWEVER… there’s just one teensy weensy little problem with this story, Cuddlers. There doesn’t appear to be any such book. Check Amazon and Barnes & Noble - you will find no book by that name. Check author Allison Burnett’s own webpage - nothing.
If anyone has any other proof to offer, I’ll stand corrected and gladly so. But for now, I am unconvinced!

MSNBC reporter Courtney Hazlett is who wrote the story, and Allison’s agent is still shopping his book manuscript. That may be why it isn’t on his website yet, as it hasn’t been published. (Yes, Allison is a he.) Still, it is a long way from being made into a movie.
You stand corrected. I am Allison Burnett. While I have no idea which actresses are pursung the chance to play my undiscovered gyrl, I can tell you that I have indeed written the novel and that it is currently being shopped to New York publishers. If you had read the MSNBC story more closely, you would have seen that it clearly states there is no deal yet for the book or film rights, just a whole lot of interest. Even more since this Miley story broke. Go back and read the original story.
