‘The Dark Knight’ Fastest Film to $300 Million

It’s doing it. The Dark Knight, with this weekend’s revenue is breaking the $300 million mark; $311 Million in just 10 days! Can this film be stopped? Will it be the first film to challenge Titanic’s $1.8 Billion worldwide revenue? It’s still too early to tell but it’s not having much trouble, since so many people are going back to see the film for a second or third time. And even though Christian Bale had some drama this week, he’s still doing his promotional world press tour, bringing up the hype. This weekend it’s pulling in $76 Million, thats insane for a second week, 50% less is not so bad when your initial opening is the biggest in history. I wonder how it’ll do next weekend, people keep inviting me to see it again. Great film.

Such a great movie… and like 1000000 times better on an Imax screen for sure!!! I got so wrapped up in the film that I had to make a time line of the making of this movie!! I found so much stuff online and made just one huge linear time line of the movie at capzles.com. Tons of behind the scenes footage/photos and all the viral marketing campaign that they did for it as well, like Clowns against Dent… check it out i’m very positive you won’t be sorry!
