Pamela Anderson Didn’t Really Mean Those Things About Jessica Simpson

Remember when Pamela Anderson said some mean things about Jessica Simpson?   She called Jess “a bitch and a whore” for wearing a  “Real Girls Eat Meat” T-shirt.   I was kind of loving it, but Pammy has broken my heart by explaining herself!

Apparently she was just going with the flow set by the hosts of the Australian radio show where she made those comments.

“They were saying an actress had wore this shirt and I wasn’t making it specific. It was a very funny radio show, like a funny banter going back and forth, and that’s what came out of my mouth. Obviously I’m joking. Still, I don’t believe in what the T-shirt said.”

Anderson said she did not know during the radio appearance that the DJs were referencing Jessica Simpson and her meat-loving attire.

“I didn’t even know,” Anderson told Bush. “I didn’t put it all together until later, until I was walking down the street and paparazzi were yelling, ‘Why are you mad at Jessica Simpson?’ I said, ‘What is going on?’”

However, Pam has not gone so far as to apologize.

“I didn’t say sorry… I sent her some information and I sent her a letter from PETA saying how the meat industry is horrible for the environment, horrible for your health and sent her some information about it,” Anderson explained. “I know she was just doing it as a joke ’cause she was trying to do something to somebody. I don’t know what her intentions were but she definitely wanted to be photographed in that T-shirt and I thought, you know, put a smarter T-shirt on.”

What an excellent way to sum it up:  put a smarter T-shirt on. You know, maybe this girl has some more brains in there than we give her credit for!

Nah, I don’t think so… And if she’d had even a modicum of class she should have apologized to Jessica, not just talking into the mirror of the media trying to make herself look better. PETA critters are such pretentious asses. I remember one who is married to an old friend annoying all of his friends by sending out PETA pamphlets in the Christmas cards and chastising them at the dinner table saying ‘Meat is Murder!’. One avowed meat-eater groused to me that he was considering retaliating with his favorite recipes for veal. ;)

    ok, that’s out of control.

I have known some not-PETA affiliated but just as annoying vegetarians in my life too. my philosophy is similar to Yukon Cornelius in the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer movie: “you eat what you like and I’ll eat what I like!”

I’m with you. Pity the men who are forced to become vegans because of militant veggie girlfriends or wives! Meat keeps testosterone levels healthy in men which is important for their overall health. They get hit with enough hormone disruptors in the environment anyway (we all do) but eating lots of soy is directly estrogenic. This is bad for women because soy suppresses thyroid, and according to Dr. Elizabeth Vliet M.D. http://www.herplace.com, estrogen receptors including in the brain will bind with the soy or other phyto estrogens leaving no place for our own E2 Estrodiol. Her blog radio shows are very interesting.
