‘The Dark Knight’ Breaks Second Week Record

 

It can’t be stopped! The Dark Knight took the top spot for the second week in a row, and of course, broke the record for the highest second weekend ever! The film has made an astonishing total of $313.7 Million in just 10 days! Here is the weekend’s box office report:

1st - The Dark Knight, $75.1 million. Read my full review of the film here.

2nd - Step Brothers, Will Ferrell’s new comedy did well at, $30.9 million. 

3rd - Mamma Mia! held strong at $17.7 million.

4th - X-Files: I Want to Believe, this disappointing film made $10 million. Read my review here

5th -  Journey to the Center of the Earth, $9.7 million.

6th - Hancock made, $8.3 million. Read my full review here.

7th - Wall-E, $6.4 million. 

8th - Hellboy II: The Golden Army, $5.1 million. Read my full review here.

9th - Space Chimps made $4.5 million.

10th - Wanted, $2.7 million.
