Britney Spears’ $20,000 Fitness Plan

Britney Spears looks great these days…and she has her $20,000 a month fitness plan to thank! Britney is spending $10,000 a month on a nutritionist and supplements, $8000 on a personal trainer and $4000 on dance lessons.

She limits herself to 1400 calories a day with one ‘cheat day’ where she’ll treat herself.

“She also changed the way she eats, trying to have only two thirds of what is on her plate. It’s all about portion control and fresh food now. And lots of water in place of Red Bull.”

I think that it’s hard for anyone to start eating healthy and exercise so good for Britney. Hopefully, she will keep it up so she can prove everyone wrong.
