Shia LaBeouf Not Responsible For Accident

Shia LaBeouf has seemed to have caught a lucky break in his accident the other day.

Detectives have determined that the other driver in Shia’s bust-up Sunday morning ran a red light, and that person is responsible for the crash, not LaBeouf. “He was not at fault,” says L.A. Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore.

The DUI will still probably stand, as will his busted up hand. But at least he wasn’t stupid enough to be at fault to get into a car accident while drunk. Seriously, like my co-worker, Nick Wolfwood said, “Why don’t people who are rich and drunk have a car pick them up? Even a cab would be better than driving drunk! YOU CAN AFFORD IT SHIA!”

Spoken so eloquently and so true. People get a cab if you are drunk!
