Solange Knowles was out at the Notting Hill Arts Club in London Thursday night wearing a cute black dress and a totally non-matching piece of headwear.� And I suppose they really are fashion forward in London, because honestly – I had no idea that you could throw leftover pancakes on your head and call it a fascinator.
