Johnny Depp enjoys a quiet life in the south of France (who wouldn’t?), but is his deliberately anti-Hollywood peace coming to an end?� It could just be a coincidence, but … now that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and their attendant dozens of paparazzi have moved into the neighborhood, Johnny appears to be considering moving out.

He’s reportedly been checking out two estates in Norfolk, England.

Claxton Manor is a �5.5-million Elizabethan property…that has eight bedroom[s], six baths, with expansive private grounds…Johnny may also be checking out a place with its own vineyard, a 13th century house called Flemings Hall. And the latter has — wait for it — a moat!

It is not very hard to see Johnny living in a crib with a moat!�� And you really can’t blame him for wanting to get away from the media circus – isn’t that why he lives in France instead of Hollywood in the first place?
