Alliances are Shattered on BB10
On last night’s episode of Big Brother, the biggest alliance in the house was broken in two. As Head of Household, April wanted Memphis out because she felt he was the biggest threat in the house. But Libra and Keesha had another plan- they were sick of Jessie’s attitude and arrogance and vowed to get rid of him, knowing they would be his prime targets should he win HOH. With Renny as Keesha’s newest sidekick, all they needed was one more vote. Dan swore his commitment to them and Memphis and a new alliance was formed. April confided in Jerry that she thought they might get overthrown, so Marine Jerry had a “this is how it’s gonna be” talk with Dan to convince him to stay on their side. Dan assured him they were on the same page.
When the votes were cast, it was 3-3, and as America’s Player, Dan had to vote with us. With our vote, Jessie was evicted from the BB house. In this episode, we got some insight from Dan’s football team at home and his family about how they felt about him and his role as America’s Player. His sister was worried that people would be even more suspicious of him and that he would become a target. Then we see several clips of house guests talking about Dan, his odd behaviors and whether he might be… America’s Player!
In the HOH competition, Michelle beat out Libra after answering just a few questions about some strange wake-up calls that had been played in the house overnight. With Michelle as HOH, Jerry felt it necessary to get in Dan’s face and scream about how they were going to get him and the others. Michelle vowed to avenge Jessie’s departure, and Dan’s face showed visible concern.
Judging by the clips we saw, we would think the new alliances are Libra, Keesha, Renny, Dan and Memphis v. April, Ollie, Michelle and Jerry… But as we caught live feed while the credits were rolling, Michelle and Memphis discussed how he had to make deals to stay in the house, and he hoped Michelle would stick with him. Ladies and gentlemen, Big Brother 10 is just beginning!
