Jessica Simpson was leaving Mr Chow in Los Angeles on Sunday wearing this horrible outfit. What is that pattern on her shirt anyway? It seems lately any time that she goes out with Ken Paves, her BFF, she just forgets how to dress. Now if he was a real BFF he would make sure her hair and her clothes were perfect!
