Kim Kardashian Shares How She Stays Fit

Kim Kardashian was in Cabo last week showing off her bikini body. So how does she stay fit? She gives most of the credit to her working out in the gym…

“I wanted to stress how important sticking to your workout plan is!  I used to workout for about a week, then I would stop—but this time I stuck with it and have been consistently working out for a little over two months!”

But of course, you just can’t lose weight by working out…what you eat has to follow too…

“It’s not all about working out though, I definitely have changed my diet too!” she reveals.  “I eat less junk food, hardly any soda, and just try to eat more protein.  I definitely can’t give up sweets all together, so I just toned them down!”

Now, we all know that Kim has some curves, which is nothing to complain about. If you are working out and eating right. I doesn’t matter what you look like, being healthy is what’s really important.
