Libra Finally Booted on Big Brother
We learned last night on Big Brother that Jerry’s calling Dan “Judas” and constantly attacking his character is only hurting Jerry and helping Dan (which is fine with me). As Michelle said, Jerry now has a big “tahhget” on his back. We also got a sneak peek into a conversation that April and Ollie had regarding Keesha where April said, “Keesha only hates me because I’m prettier than her… I mean she works at Hooters… We need to get her out!” Ollie chimed in saying that Keesha had no career and no life. Ok, I agree that Hooters isn’t much of a career, but have they seen Keesha? She’s about 10 times more attractive than April, so they’re obviously dillusional.
New alliances were formed-yet again- when Dan and Memphis were self-proclaimed the “renegades” and vowed to go to the finals together. They would team up with Keesha and Renny to complete the alliance.
Libra’s husband and mom were interviewed about their thoughts on how Libra has been perceived on the show, and of course they agreed everyone’s been too hard on her. Libra’s mom even referred to Michelle’s outburst at her as “bipolahism”. When asked by Julie if Michelle regrets calling Libra a bad mom and saying Dan was burning in Hell, she says that she does and that she often speaks without thinking. Duh.
Despite some effort by April and Ollie to flip the house and get Keesha out, it ends up being a 6-0 vote to evict Libra and she becomes the first member of the jury. The Head of Household competition was titled “Diary Room Confessions” and the house guests had to identify who said a certain quote while in the Diary Room. If the contestant that buzzed in got it right, they got to kick someone out of contention. But if they were wrong, they were eliminated. Renny knocked out April (which had her steaming mad), then Dan got Jerry out (sweet revenge), but then Ollie, Memphis and Dan all got themselves eliminated by answering incorrectly. It was BFF’s Renny and Keesha left, and Renny answered correctly making her the new HOH!
With the new alliances formed, it should be an interesting week. I want Jerry and April up, but I don’t know if Renny will do that to the “Colonel”.
