Tables Turn for Dan on Big Brother 10
Dan is a smart kid and a good Big Brother player. Sure, he didn’t keep his word in the game, but who does? On last night’s episode, Dan began suspecting that Ollie had made a deal with Renny, which is why Renny didn’t pit him against showmance girlfriend April. Apparently he was right- Ollie told April he didn’t think that he would go up even if the Power of Veto was used.
In the POV competition, his fear of crows came out again. The yard was filled with bones, caskets and “all kinds of evil”, yet Ollie “almost wet his pants” at the sight of a stuffed crow. The house guests began to look around, and host Michelle informed them that the questions would be about amounts. That worked out great for smartie pants Dan who had been counting everything. They needed 3 points, and after a few rounds, both Jerry and Dan were tied with 2. In the end, Dan’s counting paid off and he won the POV.
Dan went to Jerry to see where his head was in case he wanted to use POV on him. Suddenly, Jerry was filled with remorse for what he had done and said to Dan and became very apologetic. He told Dan that he would be loyal to those who kept him in the house. But the negotiations didn’t end there. April offered Dan her $5,000 in gold bars that she won earlier in the competition. When Dan went to Renny to see who she would put up if he took someone down, she was shocked and told him that she would view him as a traitor if he were to do that. Funny, coming from the woman who wanted to put him up as a pawn.
At the POV ceremony, Dan disclosed that deals had been made and money had been offered (much to some’s surprise) but he was keeping nominations the same. Jerry said that the game was going to get “pretty violent” soon. I guess we better get ready for a throw-down!
