April’s a Little Self Righteous & Confused on Big Brother 10
On last night’s episode of Big Brother 10, April was full of compliments… about herself. When talking to Ollie about being on the block, she said, “I haven’t done anything… Nothing!.. I make cakes and do nice stuff for people… One person in this house doesn’t like me and it’s jealousy.” So here we go again with April talking about how Keesha doesn’t like her because she’s jealous. Has April stopped to think that maybe people don’t like her because she’s so full of herself? Hmmm… Apparently all those cakes she’s making aren’t building that many bridges here.
Since Jerry and April both have money, the house was wild with speculation about who tried to buy Dan out, but Michelle tried to convince everyone it was Jerry. Little did she know her newest BFF April was the perpetrator. Ollie tried intimidating Dan into a vote to keep her in the house, because AGAIN he was the swing vote. He pointed out that should he vote their way, 3 out of the remaining 6 people would be in Dan’s corner for the next HOH competition (Ollie, April and Dan). And once again- though Dan pointed out publicly that he couldn’t be bought- April offered money to keep her in the house. Classy!
We got a 15 minute love-fest about April and Ollie and their future plans. He wants to move to Arizona, but she warned him there are “millions of her” out there. April’s says that her biggest fear isn’t losing the game, “but losing anything we have.” We also got some insight from April and Ollie’s families as to what they think of the showmance. Ollie’s dad is proud of him knows he’s a “good young man” with “morals”. April’s twin sister, Angela, hopes that they slow things down when they leave the show.
In the end, Ollie’s was the only one to vote for Jerry to be evicted and April leaves the house. On her goodbye video, Ollie asks April to be his first girlfriend, and she tells Julie Chen that she absolutely will. Awww.
