David Duchovny Is Too Sexy For Rehab – Speaks Up About Sex Addiction!!
We knew David Duchovny aka Agent Fox Mulder had plenty of sex appeal but a sex addiction? WOW! I guess that is probably what makes him so attractive! We hope rehab doesn’t ruin him…
David Duchovny has entered a rehabilitation center for sex addiction, his lawyer, Stanton “Larry” Stein, tells PEOPLE exclusively.
“I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction,” the actor says in an exclusive statement. “I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family.”
David has been happily married for more than 10 years with Téa Leoni and they have two kids, Madelaine (9) and Kyd (6). We hate Téa right now! Not only is she married to a hot guy but a guy who loves sex. Too bad David didn’t enter rehab before the “The X-Files: I want to believe” movie came out…
David speaks up for the first time about his wife and addiction. I don’t know why but it seems like their marriage is sinking even though he confesses Téa kept him interested at least for more than 2 years.
“Before Téa, the longest my intense sexual interest would last would be maybe two years,” he said. “But the real rewards of a relationship come after you’ve been together a while. That’s where Téa and I are lucky.”
“There’s nothing wrong with acknowledging the panoply of life’s rich experience,” he said. “You can’t control your mind. Why would you want to? You can’t feel guilty about being alive, about being a man, about feeling attracted. You can only control your actions.”
I just have one question… when do you know you are a sex addict?? Cause you wanna do it all the time? Cause sex is all you think about? Cause you sleep around a lot? I’m really not familiar with sex addiction; can someone please enlighten me about it? 
Now where can I find a sexaholics anonymous help group?? Those reunions must be crazy hot… OMG do they have a 12 steps program too??

it’s ashame what I am seeing on boards such as IMDB and other sites of people making fun of him, and getting a big laugh out of this situation. There are many situations of Sex Addiction, and just because you are in treatment for sex addiction, does not mean you are automatically cheating on your spouse.
Let the Duchovny family deal with this matter, in peace and privacy, It pains me because I have children that are the same age as his, and think about what you are puting his Children through making jokes about their father.
David is a PERSON, quit treating him like he is some sort of monster, which he is not. God Bless him for admitting he has a problem, and is getting help for it.
