Although it’s the Salford, England-imported The Ting Tings‘ newest single, it looks like the video’s been floating around for awhile now. Either way, I’m completely digging their sound (their previous singles “Shut Up & Let Me Go” and “Great DJ” are favorites of mine).

“That’s Not My Name” is a bizarre record, and it left (at least me) wondering what is her name (it’s Katie White- to save you wikipedia-ing). The indie scene is changing right now, and as far as female vocalists go, I’m loving the sound this duo is offering up. It fits perfectly alongside the M.I.A.’s, the Santogold’s, and the Kid Sister’s of the brat pack.
