Eva Mendes Sought Help For Fame Guilt

Eva Mendes has always mystified people. And when she checked into rehab for unknown reasons people wanted to know more about her. Eva is admitting that she has went to therapy for fame guilt. And it’s made her a better person because of it.

“Up until recently, I was really uncomfortable with having success and enjoying it. I just couldn’t deal with that: ‘How can I have so much? It’s not fair. How can the world have so little?’ I allowed it to mess with me in the sense that I just didn’t know how to handle it. I’ve really broken it down to this simple thing: I deal with everything by giving it away. It’s genius. It works.”

I always thought of Eva as a grounded star, this confirms it now. Sometimes, people get caught up and forget that there are other people not as lucky as them. Way to go Eva!

Talented people like Eva feel guilty for fame, yet useless people like Paris Hilton, who have no talent at all, bask in the self-worship. Ignorance apparently is bliss indeed.
