Looks like two MTV reality tv couples have made friends!The Osbournes were spotted out with Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt (of The Hills). The peroxide pair had a delicious lunch with Ozzy and Sharon at the uber-popular Ivy restaurant in Los Angeles, California. Maybe Heidi and Spencer were getting some pointers on how to live as MTV royalty. Regardless, I am still Team Lauren Conrad all the way!!

Isn’t it a little hot in Cali for knee high suede boots, Heidi? And does Speidi ever become unattached at the hip?
