Whitney Port and Boyfriend Will Star in ‘The Hills’ Spin-off

Sounds like The Hills is definitely getting that spin-off after all, and Whitney Port and her man will be the stars of The City.

Spies say scenes for an upcoming pilot of The City (working title) were shot at the Meatpacking District eatery Nero Wednesday night.

“The central character of the show will be up-and-coming artist Jay Lyon, who was featured in an episode of The Hills with Whitney Port,” an insider says. “When they worked together, they immediately hit it off and started dating.”

If this report from the New York Post is correct, Whitney is indeed involved in a New York spin-off of The Hills, and seeing some - but the model she went on a date with on the show, named Alex, is not the boyfriend in question.

During the shoot, MTV cameras captured the lovebirds having an intimate dinner and deep conversation. I can’t wait for this show to air!!!!
