Audrina Patridge of The Hills has an official website, and she’s been using it a lot lately to voice her thoughts.

Here’s what she said about the emotional episode where she and Lauren Conrad hash it out:

Last night’s episode of The Hills was intense! I think that’s the third time I’ve cried so far on the show!!! Haha! I’m so glad and I had that talk. I’ve definitely learned not to let things build up and not to avoid certain scenarios. That was one of our first little confrontations, I believe they only make your friendship stronger in the long run.

There were a lot of little things that just kept adding to the tension.

The new living situation, the new friend/roommate, the rumors you read and hear about in magazines and on celebrity gossip sites, moving on in the industry on my own, the whole flirtyness with certain someones that was uncalled for, and only being a true friend when it was called for were all building up.

It was these and many other things that kept adding to the fire, and eventually led to the breakdown which included tears and big decisions.

[Justin-Bobby] again was there for me through the hard time. He was very supportive, gave me good advice and offered me a place to stay if needed. One thing I love about him is that he stays away from the drama and is usually pretty blunt about things. He has a good intuition about people.

I feel that in the fourth season things have changed so much and continue to keep changing.

It’s going to be a good season, don’t you think?
