Amy Winehouse Too Embarrassed To Attend Her Own Birthday Party

Druggie extraordinaire Amy Winehouse refused to attend her own birthday party because she felt too ugly.

Her friend Remi Nicole had organized a star-studded party for the singer’s 25th birthday at a club in London. The Sun UK reports that even after three cabs were sent to fetch Amy, she still wouldn’t budge from her home.

A pal said: “Amy was standing in front of the mirror telling everyone how rough she looked. Unfortunately her lifestyle has had a major affect on her appearance and it’s only just started to sink in. She kept saying she was ugly and was in an awful state. They couldn’t get her out.”

She’s just now figuring it out? Those must be some dang good drugs she’s taking, because everybody else knows she’s been looking nasty as hell for a long time!

You can see a picture of her guitar-shaped birthday cake, which her 15 guests ate without her, here.
