Finally!!! Uber hottie rockstar American Idol winner David Cook’s album has a drop date!!! Last month, RCA confirmed the American Idol seventh-season champ has been working on the album with with Grammy-winning producer Rob Cavallo. Cavallo’s previous rock credentials includes producing albums for Green Day, Kid Rock, My Chemical Romance, Eric Clapton and the Goo Goo Dolls.  In addition, Cavallo is also currently working with Dave Matthews Band on an upcoming release.

God bless David Archuletta… He’s an amazing kid with heaps of talent, but David Cook is a creative genius and has a lot more to give to the music world, in my hunble yet accurate opinion.
