“My compass is just to keep on living and then you can’t ever really make the wrong choice. It’s when you’ve got everything going for you and you think, ‘How do I do something with all the gifts that I’ve been given?’ Sometimes you have to really bear down and get serious and go to work. Other times it’s time to sit and relax and just have a little listen to some music. That’s what has helped me navigate.”
