Ne-Yo is the sure to be big winner this week with the release of his third studio album Year of the Gentleman, accompanied by another attempt at chart success with the release of Nelly‘s Brass Knuckles. My personal favorite release would have to be Raphael Saadiq‘s The Way I See It – an album complete with a 60′s feel (and a Stevie Wonder collaboration to lend its stamped seal of authenticity to the project).

Also noteworthy – friend of mine, Casely has a pretty sick collaboration (“Defend Dade”) with Pitbull on DJ Khaled‘s We Global, also out today.
