The Hills star Heidi Montag is now officially 22 years old. Happy Birthday to her. And on her big day, her moronic boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, took her jewelry shopping. Thank goodness it wasn’t for another ugly engagement ring, because that first round did NOT go so well.

Following their frolic in the great outdoors, the �Hills� hotties sauntered over to the Jason of Beverly Hills jewelry boutique to enjoy a private viewing of some serious bling.

And it seems Heidi found plenty of beautiful items that tickled her fancy, including a cross necklace and some iced-out rings.

At least Heidi gets some cool stuff out of her relationship with Spencer… because I think that’s pretty much all she’s getting from the dead-beat, lazy bum.
