You read that right. Lindsay Lohan will be judging Project Runway once it makes the move over to Lifetime.

The actress will serve as a guest judge when the hit reality show debuts on its new network in 2009; the tentative date for said premiere is January 20, while the season five Project Runway finale airs October 15 on Bravo.

In taking her seat in the judge’s chair, Lohan joins a long line of A-list stars who have lent their fashion sense to the show, including Victoria Beckham, Natalie Portman and Sarah Jessica Parker.

Just for the record, Victoria Beckham and Sarah Jessica Parker are style and fashion icons and good role models to viewers. Lindsey Lohan is neither of those… But I guess whatever brings in the ratings, eh?
