Johnny Depp Confirmed as Mad Hatter in ‘Alice’
It’s official! Johnny Depp will play the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland film. Not only that but the film will be shot in 3-D.
Disney officially announced today that Johnny Depp will star as the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’sAlice in Wonderland.
The film is based, naturally, on the Lewis Carroll classic “Alice in Wonderland,” and will combine performance-capture imagery, similar to Robert Zemeckis‘Beowulf, with live-action footage.
Good to hear, he’ll be perfect for it.

Yay i just heard about this today! I am so excited i love Johnny Depp and think that he is an amazing actor! This is going to be such a great movie especially because Tim Burton is the producer and Helena Bonham Carter may be in it! Awesome!
