Renee Zellweger looked great at the Lifetime and Sony Pictures premiere of “Living Proof” held at the Paris Theater in NYC. Renee has been looking great at all the premieres she’s been at lately. What’s her secret?
Renee goes to the gym up to six days a week and logs between 3 to 5 miles on the elliptical trainer.
“The gym is my therapy. I’ve got to get stuff out. The perk of going and spending time by myself and getting my head straight and thinking through what might be bothering me is that I get fit. That’s not the goal, but it’s a nice by-product”
