[Philanthropy] is what Im all about, the U.S. Naval Officer, triathlete and physician, 31, tells PEOPLE. I dont have that much money to begin with, but to use the fame to give back, and promote things that youre passionate about, thats the way Im living my life right now.

He spends much of his time mentoring medical students, giving motivational speeches or fighting for pancreatic cancer awareness.

This doesnt leave him much time to date, but he says that hes looking for a girl who gives back and isnt afraid to get a little sweaty.I think its sexy to be with somebody after you worked out.

Ideally, he says, he seeks someone who is very giving and [into] helping others.

Baldwin likes to work up a sweat himselfand On Sept. 14, he came in first in his division bettering Matthew McConaughey! in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon.

It was a fun time I defended my title! he says, adding that his heavy work schedule makes training difficult.

He enjoyed meeting the other celebrity competitors and told People magazine that it was nice to meet Matthew McConaughey. At the end of the race Matthew even commented, Man! You didnt tell me you were that fast! You gotta give me some tips.

He had this to say about J.Lo She was sweet, I was giving her some pointers on [swimming] and helping her relax.
