Will Kim Kardashian Return to ‘Dancing with the Stars’?
How will the unfortunate injury-forced departure of Misty May-Treanor on Dancing with the Stars be handled? Either the votes from last night won’t matter and everyone will be safe, they will bring back the last eliminated contestant (Kim Kardashian), or they will have to shorten a ratings-giant show by a week and give someone the ax tonight.
“I wouldn’t wish [injury] on anyone. But hey, if they ask me back I’m there,” Kardashian told Ryan Seacrest during a Tuesday morning interview on the American Idol host’s On-Air with Ryan Seacrest
Kardashian was interviewed via telephone from New Orleans, LA, where she had watched her boyfriend and New Orleans Saints’ running back Reggie Bush play the Minnesota Vikings at the Superdome on Monday night.
“I texted my partner [Mark Ballas] last night and [was] like ‘Are you ready to go back? Are we going back?’ And he’s like ‘It’s just rumors,’” Kardashian told Seacrest. ”I don’t know what’s going on.”
“I would love it,” she continued regarding a chance to return. ”I was watching [Dancing with the Stars] last night and I was like ‘Oh man. I think the jive would have been my breakthrough dance where they would have seen that I can do it,’ you know? I was getting really frustrated watching the TV.” syndicated radio show.
When Sara Evans backed out in the midst of her ugly divorce during season 3, they offered Willa Ford (the last eliminated contestant) another shot, but she declined. They then announced during the results show that no one would be going home. Corky Ballas is hammering for Kim and his son Mark’s return… Maybe for some more family rivalry, but probably because he knows he and Cloris Leachman will be going home soon if not.
