Heidi Montag has just summed up everything I would want to do to Spencer Pratt. Wouldn’t we all just want to hit him in the head with a two-by-four? The couple got together for another staged photoshoot in the pumpkin patch. I would seriously never buy pumpkins that those two made out on!
