Believe it or not, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are not the only lesbian couple in Hollywood.� Courtenay Semel and Tila Tequila were out and about Saturday night in Los Angeles attending the Mosci 2009 Fall/Winter Collection fashion show.�� They are not nearly as cute to me as LiLo and SamRo, but they look happy together, don’t they?
