The fact that Kanye West‘s new video for his latest single “Heartless” is being billed as the animated version, implies that a live one is coming down the pipeline (he’s already shot a video for his next collaboration with T-Pain), but do we even want one? This video is flawless, innovative, and limitless in where it can go next with each changing frame.

Remember awhile back when the blogosphere was lit up with reports that 808′s and Heartbreak (‘Ye’s new album) was rap-free? Not the case obviously, as this video shows off a fresh rhyme scheme at the halfway point. This single is nice, while still not venturing into the club-banger territory.
