Mischa Barton’s unique sense of style (or lack of it) always manages to surprise us. Mischa attended some D-list party, the Lupus LA’s Hollywood Bag Ladies Luncheon held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, in that horrendous green dress. I have no idea what she is wearing but it looks like it could be some type of exotic animal (where’s PETA when you need it?).

We really want to like Mischa! Someone please give her a good stylist and some work!
