Blige and Alicia Keys to� Billy Joel and James Taylor to not only select, but to write about them.�� Iconics are on the list (like Elvis Presley at #3, and Willie Nelson at #88) as well as contemporary artists (Christina Aguilera at #58, Mariah Carey at #79, and Mary J. Blige at #100).
