Madonna to Finalize Divorce Tomorrow
Well that was fast. No lengthy separation or legal proceedings needed in their UK hometown apparently (or was there and we just caught official word? likely).
Madonna will officially be able to sing along to Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” as her divorce from husband of ten years younger Guy Ritchie will be final Friday.
Details of the divorce obviously haven’t been made public yet, but the couple have a fortune shared at $525 million, along with two children (albeit adopted David). Apparently though, Madonna will be retaining custody of daughter Lourdes, living full-time with her mother in New York, while sons Rocco and David will be splitting time between London and New York. Some sources say Madonna will be keeping the bulk of her fortune, while another source says “He’s going to get a huge windfall, contrary to what’s being reported. He’s getting a lot of money from the settlement. He’s not the gentleman he’s portraying himself as.”
