Believe it or not, Whitney Port (star of MTV’s The Hills and spin-off The City) is wearing shorts under there. Those sky-high legs are quite nice, but Whitney is hiding some pink teeny tiny shorts under that plaid baby doll tee. I love her style, but this is not one of her better looks. And what’s up with those shoes?

Oh, and if you were wondering, these pictures were taken in Beverly Hills, not NYC. She may have been a little cold up there in this ensemble.
