Katy Perry Promises She Will Always Be Provocative

Katy Perry is bashing the press for saying that controversial solely to attract attention and that she is racy because that’s the way she is..a sexual person. Of course she is why else would she sing about kissing a girl?

“Some people are dying to be offended by anything. To me, it’s not anything besides tongue-in-cheek. But I don’t always want to be controversial. I’ll always be provocative, but that’s different. I don’t have a censor – my brain and mouth work simultaneously. It may not always be politically correct or agreeable, but I say what I think. And it has served me well so far.”

There is a difference between being provocative and controversial. I don’t think she is suited for being provocative. I just can’t take her serious after she sang about cherry chapstick.

Katy also claims she’s trying not to make everyone bisexual…

“My songs are just a snapshot of everything I’m going through. Maybe they’re a little exaggerated for the sake of telling a really good story. It’s not an agenda – I’m not turning the whole world bisexual.”

I’m sure if she did, she would take all the credit for it though.

Arh… you’re right, you can’t really attach provocative to her image :) ) But she is a beautiful woman, quite snotty at times.
