Looks like the wedding was the real deal and we will actually get to SEE the footage from Heidi and Spencer’s lovely wedding at The One and Only Palmilla in Cabo San Lucas Mexico.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt didn’t invite family or friends to their Cabo San Lucas wedding, but everybody will be able to see it – on The Hills.

“MTV is currently filming Heidi and Spencer in Mexico, as we were expecting to capture them on vacation,” the show’s executive producer, Liz Gateley, tells MTV. “Fans will be able to see the exclusive footage from the ceremony in an upcoming episode, and we will continue to follow the newlyweds’ relationship as it plays out in real life.”

It wasn’t clear whether the show filmed the actual ceremony or obtained footage from another source. The Hills is on a break, and the footage will air in the series’ upcoming fifth season.

Look at the romantic beach.  I think that settles it for me.  They got married, world.  Now congratulate them and move on!
