What Can $12,000 Buy You? A Date With Anne Hathaway!
Anne Hathaway gave a surprise holiday treat at the Cracked X-Mas Fundraiser in Los Angeles last night. She put herself up on the auction block to benefit the Trevor Project, a crisis helpline for LGBT youth.
Three lucky attendees together bid $12,000 for a date with the gorgeous actress
“…for drinks somewhere fabulous and basically get you totally s— faced. Tell me what I’m worth.”
And tell her they did, although she was a little amazed at the results:
Hathaway, 26, was embarrassed when her price kept going up. “I’m blushing,” Hathaway said during the bidding process. “Wow, I feel really good right now.”
She should feel good! I’m surprised that the winning bid wasn’t even more than $12K, though. They should have invited more deep pockets to the event!
