Beyonce has just announced plans for a world tour promoting I Am… Sasha Fierce, to begin in Croatia & throughout Europe April 26th. While the tour won’t his the U.S. until summer ’09, the news is exciting nonetheless. Say what you will about B, but there’s little denying her incredible stage presence.
