Vicki Might be Leaving ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’
The most anal, annoying, bossy, crazy, loud, unattractive, over-bearing, obnoxious housewife of Orange County might not be returning for the show’s fifth season. Vicki Gunvalson had “no comment” when asked if she would come back.
According to E! News, Don Gunvalson — Gunvalson’s husband of 14 years — now “100 percent” regrets the couple’s participation in the reality show.
“He’s a vice president of a company. He has to go to work the next day, and he has people saying, ‘Wow your wife really trashed ya again last night,’” Gunvalson told E! News. “For a man, it’s horrible. All I could say to him is, ‘Honey, I love you. I’m sorry. Let’s get past it.’ And he was like, ‘You should have thought about that when you were blabbing about your stupid love tank.’”
Gunvalson says she and her husband have since gotten through their problems and now have an “amazing marriage,” but having to relive some of the marriage’s darker moments on television every week during the show’s fourth season has been ”embarrassing.”
I don’t know how Don puts up with her crap, but I am all for putting families and marriages first, so if it’s affecting home life- which it HAS to be- I say she quits. Plus she is psycho and watching her kind of makes me looney. Take a nod from Lauri and put family first, Vicks.

ok I never write on this things but after tonights episode January 14,2009 I felt compelled to..I have watch thsi program from the beginning and I love it but am seriously thinking of tuning out..You need to get rid of Tamra and Vicki they are self rightous rude non entertaining.They judge everyone and Vicki thinks she runs the show who can say what ..who is allowed to sit with them etc.She no longer brings anything to the table and that Tamra is just a little drunk poser who absolutely needs to be replaced .I thinkt he perfect scenerio is dump Vicki and Tamra let Jeana and Don get together and try and pick up new housewives that aren’t so petty and judgemental.
Just an opinion but seriously it is the viewers that make or break a show and these two have to go.
all i can say is i hope it’s true. i can put up with the gummy smile and disfiguring facial lines, but the disrespect towards her husband is absolutely intolerable. he seems like such a sweet guy, and he must be to have put up with her for so long. if i were him i would have said goodbye to her a long time ago.
I’m so over this show and she is the major reason. She has her head up her a$$ and doesn’t deserve any publicity this show provides her. I soooo agree on the Tamra thing too… She’s such a hypocrite. The direction all the housewife shows have taken are silly and have become a waste of an hour.
I absolutely agree. I don’t understand why someone so wealthy, who could have such a happy, loving lifestyle, has to be so horribly rude and offensive. I hate how she thinks that she can say whatever she wants, even if it is rotten, but if anyone else has an opinion it is wrong and they should shut up. I can’t believe how she treated Lynn. Lynn was not being rude AT All. I wish Gretchen would realize how fake Vicki is and stop listening to her. Someone needs to tell her where to go!! (But, she wouldn’t listen or care because she is such a big meanie!)
Vicki makes me cringe and is embarrassing. She is mean, vindictive, self-righteous and jealous. Her husband needs to dump her and get a real woman who’s actually attractive and has a decent personality. She constantly boasts about how hard she works. What a fake. Her comments to Lynn in the limo I need someone that actually knows how to work were ridiculous. Shes threatened and jealous of Lynn because shes attractive and nice. Kudos to Lynn for not really responding to her creepy comments. Her son and his girlfriend didn’t even help her when she fell down the steps like a drunk, they just giggled! Don’t let the door hit you on the way out, Vicki… Tamara acts like an uneducated two-faced idiot and is also mean. She thinks all the others are jealous of her stripper style (I think Gretchen is jealous of our big boobs ). Ick. Shes threatened by Gretchen because Tamaras a worn-out old broad trying to be young and pretty like Gretchen. Vicki and Tamara need to be replaced with more interesting women.
Good riddance Vicki. You are very unpleasant to watch.
I too, have turned it off because of this broad. I used to watch it, as it was sorta like a car accident…couldn’t help but look but last season was my last.(didn’t watch but two shows). She makes me uncomfortable with her self-righteous behavior and I get embarrassed for her.
I am sure she is a good person inside but her jealously, insecurity and lack of self-esteem, keep her positive traits from shining through. She has typical behavior of someone with no confidence and takes her lack of self-confidence out on others , so they will be judged, not her but it back fires on her and she ends up being the one that is judged.

Hmm… Just curious, but I wonder how their careers have been affected on a bottom line level. Keep in mind it has been made known that it takes Viki some time before she warms up to people and Tamra (the wanna-be) talks behind her friends backs. They don’t fit into the high class of people that I choose to do business with. Hmm… I wonder how long it takes Viki to warm up to prospective clients. Yup, these two women have had their time of fame and it’s now time to put them out to pasture. What do both have in common? Both had children very young and missed out on that crucial time in life when social graces are learned.
Both need to know that wealth does not ultimately give one high class, it is how one behaves in social situations. Okay, I have given my two cents worth. lol Oh, and by the way, isn’t Ryan (Tamra’s son) slimey and creepy?
I would have to agree with 100% of everything that everyone had to say. Crude women, mean, hateful, jealous and a waste of time to watch. I stop watching after Tamara had that dinner party and tried setting Gretch up….talk about to bit hooker…..both women need to pray HARD!!!!!!!!

I would not be offering up Lauri, who let her son virtually rot in order to chase her next ‘sugar daddy’, as a role model of good parenting!

Vicki shouldn’t be on the show any longer. She has stated in the new season that she doesn’t care to be around anyone else but Tamera. The two of them are toxic and have nothing fun to offer the show. Vicki is good at her insurance job but that’s about it. Too controling!!!… of her family, friends and money. The show will be alot better without her on it.

Good riddance to bad rubbish!!! She can’t really be 47 — she looks at least 8 -10 years older than that! Pig face — that is so dead on! This woman is so hateful and mean, she has absolutely no class what-so-ever. She and Tamra deserve eachother. The only reason she “likes” Tamra is because Tamra is a dolt. She hangs on every word Vickie has to say and follows her advice because she (Vickie) gloats about her independence (Tamra has none — but not because of Simon), and her “wonderful” relationship with Donn. Vickie has given Tamra advice that has quickly moved Tamra to where she is right now – awaiting a divorce. Vickie is a horrible person from what she has revealed on TV. She is a controlling monster (another reason why she didn’t like Simon — because she wants to control Tamra), who wants to control her friends, her husband, her children, and every situation she is in. Leave Vicki – your 15 minutes has long been up!! Oh, and please take Tamra with you.

The only reason Vicki wanted to renew her and Don’s vows is because she was scared of him leaving her. HE is the real money maker and she would lose $$$$$$$ the lifestyle she lives. Don already said he would leave her for all the BS and so she now kisses his ass! I can’t stand her ugly face, and Don is so sweet and deserves so much better! Tamara is Vicki’s puppet, and follows her around like a lost puppy with no mind of her own. Tamara and Vicki remind me of two ugly old PITT BULLS!!
I am just now watching the Real Housewives and I cannot believe the actions of these women!!! I really cannot understand why it is on my tv at this very moment!!
I think Lynn and Gretchen are so nice and I cannot stand the way the other women treat them. Tamra and Vicky are terrible people and I really wonder why they think they are so great. When Vicky was at her HS reunion, no one wanted to talk to her. Her ex boyfriend basically ran away. I am sure she thought her fame was sending him away, but I am sure he remembered her for the very b*tch that she is!!
