Bob Crowley Wins ‘Survivor:Gabon’, Second Place is a Shocker

In a vote of 4-3, Bob Crowley, the physics teacher from Portland, Maine took home the crown as winner of Survivor: Gabon. Who got the other three votes? It will shock you…. hairdresser Susie Smith! In third place was Sugar Kiper, the actress and pin-up model who was living in her car before the show began, but received no final votes.

As usual, Sprint gave $100,000 to America’s favorite player. In third was Matty, second was Sugar and the winner once again was Bob.

Corinne is pretty much the epitome of evil- a perfect example of the work of the devil in America. She went on and on about how she prides herself on not being nice, because nice is “boring”. In the last tribal council before the winner was announced, Corinne said something to Sugar that Jeff said was the nastiest thing in the history of Survivor’s 17 seasons. This isn’t exact, but it went something like this, “Sugar, you are an unemployed, uneducated leech on society. The only thing I will ever give you is a handful of anti-depressants so that when you cry every day about your dead father, someone might actually believe you.” When asked if she regretted saying it, she said no, and even complained that more of her nastiness wasn’t shown on TV. When the audience consistently booed her, she smiled and asked for more. All I have to say to her is karma, baby.

Jeff asked the contestants why Sugar was so popular with fans, but so unpopular with the other players. Marcus and others said that she was very emotional during the game and the way that she expressed her emotions sometimes got under their skin. Well, she was living in her car and her dad had just died. Gee, I wonder why she cried. I would be emotional, too.

I am so not a fan of this cast. It definitely turned out to be good v. evil and good won out, but unfortunately, evil got to pick the winner. These people were boring. Straight out mean is boring. Next season they are going to Brazil, and hopefully they will bring us some real personalities!
