Britney Spears Plotting Against Her Father, Jamie Spears
Britney Spears hasn’t kept it a secret that she isn’t happy with her dad, Jamie Spears, controlling her every move. She often feels like she’s in prison and wishes that she was in prison because some day she would be able to get out. Now she is planning on framing her dad for serious drinking allegations hoping that they will drop the permanent conservator Jamie has of her and her affairs.
Jamie is a recovering alcoholic and sources say that Britney is going to say that he fell off the wagon. (Jamie had checked himself into rehab in 2004 for dependency on alcohol and an addiction to pain killers.)
“Britney wants to set up her dad and prove he shouldn’t be charge of her career decisions and money….She’s worked her butt off for years, and her father has nothing to do with her success. Britney is desperate to be released from her father Jamie’s control. She wants to be able to act like an adult, but she says her father won’t let her.”
“If the conservatorship is continued, her backup plan is to have her father replaced by her mother Lynne [Spears] because she’s less rigid.”
I could only imagine Britney’s life if her mother took over. The source is from the National Enquirer no less. I can’t see Britney going out and intentionally hurting her dad. She may not like the situation she is in but she’s stuck in it now and getting better. Sometimes if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.
